When is the appropriate time to renew my trademark?
For trademarks registered or renewed before June 17, 2019, you need to renew them every 15 years. For those registered or renewed on or after that date, renewals are required every 10 years.
What documents are required for renewing a trademark?
You don't need to provide any documents when renewing a trademark.
If my trademark expires, is there a period during which I can still renew it?
Yes, you have a grace period. After your trademark expires, you'll get a notice from the Registrar. You can renew your trademark within 6 months from the date of this notice without any late fees.

When is my trademark due for renewal?
