Priority Claim

Priority Claim allows you to use the filing date of a previously filed trademark application in another country as the filing date for this application. To be eligible, the previously filed trademark application must be for the same trademark and have been filed within the last 6 months. If you select Priority Claim, we will request the details of the foreign application after you fill this form. Please note that the trademark applications must be identical in order to claim priority.

Power of Attorney (POA)

To file a trademark on behalf of our clients, the Trademark Office of Antigua and Barbuda requires attorneys to provide a signed Power of Attorney (POA). This POA should be signed by the owner or legal representative of the trademark. We will send you the POA template with instructions as soon as you place your order.
Please note that in Antigua and Barbuda, the POA needs to be notarized.
